Bought it for my Mrs when she broke her humerus and dislocated her shoulder.Very comfortable in use and enabled her to sleep in bed without lying down and keeping shoulder comfortable.Two cases provided are very handy too!

I have found this pillow amazingly comfortable and it has definitely made improvements to my sleep, particularly by making it easier to initially fall asleep.It’s the first time I’ve used a V pillow, and I use it in tandem with a normal one. Glad I took the chance. Even if it doesn’t suit you in the end, if you have sleep difficulties then trying things like a funny shaped pillow is worth spending money on in the long run!I sleep on both sides and back, moving a lot in the night and sometimes ending up sleeping on a numb arm, but this has helped by providing a space to pad above the arms should I want to roll to the side, as well as no longer having to constantly move or angle my pillow as I change position. Also helps keep the drafts away from your neck.Other reviews mention thin padding. I have no issues given that I use a second pillow underneath it, and have found it holds shape just fine. Changing the case is a little awkward and takes a minute.

Comfortable great product

Disappointing, it offers no support whatsoever, poor quality.

It's comfy and comes with 2 nice covers but after only using for a few weeks the filling is starting to clump in places and is missing in others like most cheaper pillows you buy with synthetic filling. It'll do the job i need it for for a little while so it's good value for what you get but not for long term, better to invest in a memory foam version if you need the support for more than a month!

This pillow is so comfortable also the pillow case that comes with it is so soft

After reading the reviews, I was sceptical. I ordered this v pillow and a more expensive v pillow. I was having double breast reconstruction and found this pillow alone not to be supportive enough. However, I used the more expensive fuller (but too firm) v pillow underneath this one. That was for me it was perfect as I had the support I required but the comfortable softness of this v pillow. I would recommend this to anyone going thru surgery as it is soft and doesn’t press into you unlike some more expensive v pillows.
