I was so pleased to find this as it is now difficult to find in supermarkets ( and expensive) but the substitutes don’t come up to scratch. This was fantastic value and arrived promptly and completely intact.

I buy this item because in the supermarket they have reduced the box size to 200g and then charge you four UK pounds. I ordered this size to keep in my kitchen and it's a lot cheaper to buy in bulk. If you have empty box you can easy transfer. This product is exactly the same as the supermarket,s and use on daily bases for my veggie stews using a slow cooker powered by my solar panels.Highly recommended product.

Love this product but definitely need look at the packaging as the lid needs to fit more securely need to get the guys at Bisto to correct it aaaaaaah Bisto x

GREAT IDEA IN A BIG TUB, BUT REALLY BAD DELIVERY. ARRIVED SMASHED TO BITS.

The way that it is packed means you will likely have a lot of gravy powder outside of the container. Even if it is within another box the powder will seep/shake out. This could be countered with some plastic film/bubblewrap to prevent contamination.Otherwise, good gravy.

really a good item and worth the money would recommend will last for a while and works out cheaper in the long run and got it next day delivery

Was a little reluctant to purchase at first, as other reviews referred to the Bisto gravy powder arriving damaged. Took a chance as Bisto gravy powder is difficult to purchase in supermarkets, or where stocked, is only available in tiny packets. The item arrived safely, with the large Bisto plastic tub wrapped in bubble wrap and then securely packed into a cardboard box for transit. For convenience, have decanted a quantity of the gravy powder into a repurposed sealed plastic oxo cube container and suspect that the 3KG of Bisto gravy powder will last us a couple of years.

Great value, but they need to address the issue with the packaging. I’m guessing these are trade sized tubs and designed for a more careful delivery than Amazon’s own ‘just chuck it and it will be fine’ 😅We bought one, and the lid had popped off at one corner so the contents had obviously spilled out. We ordered a replacement and the exact same thing happened…but I could t be bothered to go through the process for a refund…please look into how to package this product more successfully, it’s so wasteful and such a shame as it is a great buy. The weight of the powder in that size of container is just far too heavy for the design and quality of the tub.Other than this, Bisto powder is absolutely the best, and far superior to gravy granules. Takes extra effort but it’s worth it
