Lay-Z-Spa Hawaii Hot Tub, Airjet Square Inflatable Spa, 4-6 Person

I recently gave my 5-6 person hot tub to my son and his family, as only I use it now, and it seemed fair that it could be fully utilized.After much research I decided to buy this inflatable hot tub. And I got it for a very good price from Amazon.The tub walls are firm, and the inflated cover is fastened down well with 8 fasteners.We will bring the pump in when necessary (freezing temps)The only problem is that the plug is longer than a normal 13 amp plug.It fits into our outdoor waterproof sockets, but due to the length of the plug we can't close the cover.Having previously owned a turbo-jet hot tub, I wasn't quite sure how these air jet bubbles would compare.Well no worries there, as they produce relatively the same experience.I can honestly highly recommend this 5 star hot tub.I did also buy:Quality 7ft x 7ft Heat Retention Hot Tub Cover 400 Micron Thermal Bubble Blanket to cut to size for added insulation.Savisto 2780 x 2040 x 1060mm Large Rectangular All Weather Patio / Garden Outdoor Furniture Cover £21 from Amazon. It completely covers both tub and pump. It just needs weighing down.And lastly an Intex PureSpa Seat £17.50 from Amazon.It has two different height options 3" or 5⅞ ( very easy to alter)Bought so that my hair doesn't get wet/ to give more height for younger visitorsThe internal base of the tub is very comfortable otherwise.

I dropped one star because, although the spa is fantastic when it's up and running, the first one we got (which we paid extra for express delivery) wouldn't stay inflated. We rang the manufacturers because it was a warranty issue, who said we could get a replacement as soon as they received a delivery from Italy and didn't know when that would be! When we said we'd have our money back they said they couldn't do that and we'd need to talk to the people who actually sold us the unit. Once we'd done that we received a replacement liner, but still had to wait about another week in all without a mention of repayment of the express delivery charge when queried. All in all a great piece of kit now it's up and running, but the admin needs to be looked at.

Had an issue with the first one received, the seller (drinkstuff) was great and passed the issue onto Laz-y-spa very quickly who dealt with it fairly quickly (following photos and agreement the fault was from manufacture) they provided a new product.The laz-y-spa itself it great.I find it heats quicker than stated - to max temp (40 degrees) from around 11 degrees in 24 hours. The jets are powerful, I watched videos and did a lot of research on the other models before deciding to buy the Hawaii and I'm not disappointed at all. It came with an under mat but in addition I purchased childrens play mats to put under the mat. I also purchased the Happy Hot Tubs Quality 7ft x 7ft. thermal cover following the advice of another buyer - this product is great and really works well. For me, it uses approx £5 of electric a day when it is heating up to 40 degrees all day.I love the laz-y-spa and so glad I purchased it. I would highly recommend.

Bigger than most of the others, easy to set up and use.Really like the square shape as opposed to the round ones, it seems even bigger.Recommended buy.

Excellent quality product. After looking around at the other lay z spas we are so pleased we chose this one it is sturdy, comfortable and perfect for relaxing in. I have used a lot of spas and this is definitely right up there with the top ones.

Value for money not good
