First impression - Awesome. - Sound quality is quite soothing. Balanced and default works best.- Noise Cancellation is negligible. Not working most of the time.- Battery backup is excellent. Comes 80%- Design require no comment and Quality is good.- Feel is awesome . It is quite light weightfeel plugged but still fits.This is my 3rd wireless and my laptop with windows still a challenge to mic.

About product and service
Product seemed to be good in the starting but after some time my one side ear bud stopped working and I raised a complaint but no one resolved it and service was really poor. I recommend not to buy this product

Warning!!! Do not buy!!! Waste of money
I bought it and while using as soon as you pause the music it power off automatically. I thought it might be a defective product so I replaced it. The replaced item was even more defective. What an improvement in defects đ. Now I have to do again all the hassle for replacement ,I will rather thow it in dustbin waste of money đ° . Very disappointed âšī¸
