Great low-cost vertical mouse
Easy to install, works well, and eliminates wrist fatigue over prolonged use. Great value for money as it is cheaper than other branded competitors. Buttons are clicky and have good response. Definitely a must-have for people working on their computers all day.

JTD Scroll Endurance Wired Mouse Ergonomic Vertical USB Mouse
I really like this mouse, it is comfortable to use and is perfectly orientated to fit into your hand without rotatin of your arm. I was getting a pain in my forearm when using a 'standard' mouse, but once I used this for a few days the pain went away. I think this would be good for anyone especially if you have repedative strain injury from using other mouse designs.

Good ergonomic mouse but not great build quality
It's certainly great value for the price you pay - you get a functional and ergonomic mouse for a great price. However, as with many value mice, it felt somewhat cheap and creaky. Mine also had a case of coil whine every time it was moved (wired version). The high-pitched whine would stop about half a second after it was kept still then immediately resumed when it was moved. I take this into consideration along with the price; you cannot expect logitech quality for less than half the cost. Some more thoughts. This mouse is built for smaller hands. The top where the main buttons are is narrow which means your fingers have to wrap quite tightly around the top to reach the buttons, which can lead to stiffness as your fingers stay bent for so long. The major plus though is the wrist rest - this really helps the ergonomics and makes it pleasant to glide across the desk.

Excellent mouse
I was using a wireless mouse that's small in size before this and was noticing a lot of discomfort around my right shoulder. Besdides that, I wanted to disconnect from being around too much EMF spomg and disconnecting bluetooth seemed to fit in with that idea. Since getting this mouse I feel like my shoulder and trap discomfort has alleviated. Granted, the mouse is not the best looking compared to expectations of what a mouse should look like nonethless functionally it is far and above the standard flat mice.

Good, though the scrolling wheel stopped working
It's a nice mouse: I've used it daily for the last 5 months and it's certainly a massive improvement on my previous apple magic mouse. It's pretty comfortable, and the little pad for the side of the palm is nice. The ability to change the DPI is helpful too. I don't use either of the thumb buttons as I don't think (?) I can personalise them on a Mac.All that said, a couple of issues: for whatever aesthetic reason, I find resting the ring finger on the right mouse button (and so having the middle finger on the scrolling wheel) to be uncomfortable, and so it's a bit frustrating to constantly be switching the positioning of my hand. More significantly, over the last month the scrolling wheel has stopped working and is now totally unreliable and very unresponsive. This is rather irritating as the precision of the mouse is fine but not incredible, and scrolling bars on macs aren't huge, so I often default to scrolling with my trackpad, and then staying there, obviating having a mouse in the first place...

Absolutely great mouse! All mice should be made like this!!
Like my headline... all mice should be made like this.It may take you an hour to get used to... but once you do,,, its really easy and practical to use.The design has literally meant that I don't suffer from wrist pain or "creaky" wrists any more. The buttons are positioned perfectly so that its intuitive. Also the DPI button is a great addition to increase or decrease its sensitivity.Well thought and well made. Great build quality and great to use with Cad or design work

Genuinely, a brilliant product that's worth those few extra pennies
As someone who spends way more than 'normal working hours' at a computer, I started to suffer significantly with my mouse hand/arm. I tried a few input devices before discovering this one and it is so comfortable to use and (this might sound an odd thing to say, however, if you are remote controlling multiple computers - day in and day out - this will be relevant) accurate, I simply could not go back.

Great upgrade from a regular mouse but with issues for MacOS users
I bought this for my wife who, was experiencing RSI issues, to improve her general IT health. These mice are designed for this and for gaming - but not all of the options are available for those of us in the Apple ecosystem. The redundant buttons that can't be assigned, programmed or disabled are still 'functional' - these are the ones above and below the thumb position. This is a problem with everyday use. They page up and down almost at will with only the slightest pressure. This has made getting used to using it very difficult.Aside from this, it has been a great improvement to my wife's general everyday work. The wrist and joint pain has receded. It has done the job it was bought for, but it came with a steep learning curve.
