LG G Stylo LTE MS631 SmartPhone (MetroPCS)

Honestly, best phone I've ever had (and I've had quite a few). I researched different phones for weeks before finally settling on this one, and I don't regret it at all. The stylus is fun, it runs fast, and has quite a bit of storage. The only problem is that it's not very easy to move things to your SD card (gotta do it manually one-by-one), and the apps move themselves back to internal memory every time they update, so you gotta move them back every time, which is annoying. Also, there's no flashlight button, which is weird, but you can just say 'okay google, turn on my flashlight' instead. The speaker is great and pretty loud, the screen is durable and doesn't chip, crack, or scratch easily. I never got around to putting a screen protector on it, but it's not really needed. If you buy one with a metallic back, you're gonna want to put a case on it because the paint will chip off after a while, but you can buy replacement backs super cheap, so that's not much of a problem. I was a little worried that the stylus would fall out, but it fits nicely and has only come out once when I dropped it. Other than those few small things, it's a great phone and I haven't had any significant (or even kinda-significant) problems with it in the almost-3 years that I've been using it. LG is a great company and I'm sure I'm not the only one who's noticed they make good stuff. I highly recommend this phone, and I'm sure you'll be just as happy with it as I am.

When ordering I expected it to be used and such, but I didn't expect a cracked lense. but when I opened the camera it never registered the front camera at all. I spent hours researching and trouble shooting and rebooting and factoring restart and eventually had to get it checked out. Turns out it was a broken camera period. No where in the description does it ever state that it would come with a non functioning back camera(13mp camera) . if in the description it had stated that it was broken, I wouldve chosen a different phone or just a brand new from of the same model

When I received the phone it immediately asked to update the phone which I did. After I updated the phone it got stuck in a boot loop (frozen load up screen). I did a hard reset on the phone which seemed to work for about a day. But when I went to charge the phone it would freeze up on the charging screen or not even recognize it was charging. I had to go to the LG website download drivers and factory reset the device. Buyer beware.

I'm pretty pleased with this phone...i love the big screen. I absolutely love the dual window feature.Now i rated this a 4 star because i was not aware the phone was going to arrive in a plastic wrap (original bax not included) Nor did i know there were huge knicks on the back of the phone.Overall....you get what you pay for and the purchase was totally worth it!!

phone was grea,t its for the fact that i cant do a darn thing on it, due to a issue on the phone. I Took up to Metro pcs like i was told to by the customer service agent. Well that was a waste of time etc. Did nothing but piss me off . Nothing was resolved. Was Told it would be a great paper weight. so for $111.00 i need exchange for the upgrade and one free month of service . Lg G Stylo 3 (no locked phone) or Boost Lg.This is a Gift i must have exchange not bank acct credit They no long use the orig bank acct.. credit to my amazon account is ok . Can you handle this issue?

The product was not in good condition it didn't turn on an the pin was for a older type of Stylo because it didn't even fit the phone didn't turn on I've asked for a refund and I still haven't received the sticker to send it back

Love it. Big screen, not overloaded with bloat ware. I wish it has more than 16gb onboard storage, and the camera resolution isn't great. Otherwise, a very good mid-level phone.
