It is expand into yellow very strong foam, you can clean it after it drys. You have to clamp it or put waight. 5 minutes is a theoretical only, you have clamp for 24 hours then clean with sharp chisel! The foam. Olways use latex gloves as it will stay on your hand for week. It is the only way I use to join wood for internal and external project's no screw.

I have checked with Everbuild and this is only available in brown

Q: Anyone used this on a spongy caravan floor ?

I dont think it would be any good if you were just spreading it over the top of the floor, as you need two surfaces for glue to work, you could put plywood over the top of existing floor as long as the floor has some good wood in it, but this glue is first class, I've noticed that the 30 minute glue seems to be stronger than the 5 minute glue.

Q: Can wood really be unclamped and sanded after 5 mins? Example, glueing 6 x 1 planed pine boards for say a cabinet side. Thanks

I have used this glue (or similar) for many years on various joinery projects.The best way to check, is to feel the expanded over spill of glue from the joint, if it is rock hard then it is ok to unclamp .I would generally give it a minimum of 30 minutes if possible though and the longer the better.
