I feel like it’s done something. And I have lost abit of weight with these. It’s not a miracle worker and I havnt lost stones but it does do something! But I have also cut sugar down on sugar. From being a heavy 4 sugars in a milky coffee. I now have half a spoon in black coffee. So that’s going to of helped. Can’t expect a tablet to do all the work. The only thing I found that didn’t work is suppress my appetite...but I’m a snacker, get bored I eat. It dosnt have much of a taste, the only taste I got was when I couldn’t swallow it and gagged but that’s me! I’m the same with paracetamol and by god it dosnt burn your throat like that when you mess up on Taking that! Definitely worth it for a quick fix

Except when taking certain medication, I was slim throughout my adult life, until I got around the age of 40 and began to struggle with my weight. Losing about a stone and a half, even 7- 8 pounds would be great but I think that the way to lose weight depends on the reason why you are overweight in the first place. I have exercised almost every day for the past 10 days or so while taking this for that time. I have not lost weight and instead I decided that I need to look for something else. On the plus side, the product arrived super fast and I appreciate that it is clean, natural and people have not reported side effects much. I see that it works for some people. I did not experience constipation, in fact, found it helpful for my digestion and did get the sense that fat was being expelled. It seems like I have more energy for taking them. However, I did not notice any change. Since I do not really eat much fat, sugar, or carbs, perhaps it didn't have much to bind or absorb. My conclusion is my weight challenge is caused by other things: a change in hormones or metabolism, perhaps, so I am going to try a thermogenic supplement and HIIT exercise instead.

I had been dieting before taking the pills and lost weight but because i had a special event to attend in July and wanted to fit into the dress i bought nicely i needed to loose another stone, so i thought buying these would help me get to that , so i continued my diet but taking these instead and i was horrified to discover i had put on 5 pound. What a waste of money. I def wouldnt recommend buying these.

I didn’t see a dramatic weight loss with these but then I have a low fat content in my diet anyway. They did make me mindful of what I was eating though and I lost 5lbs over a month which was good for me as I had hit a plateau.

These are great. I have an under active thyroid and these are the only things that have helped me lose weight.

Luckily I only purchased a 5 day trial as these did nothing for me. Prior to trying I was on a calorie controlled diet anyway and measured how much weight I lost for 5 days before trying xls and then the 5 days on them. On the 5 days without, I lost 4lb eating a high protein diet of between 1200-1500 calories per day including a cheat Sunday and some dark choc here and there. On exactly the same diet with no cheat day on xls medical I lost nothing! These tablets stalled my weight loss. Yes they do make you feel very full so you do not feel like eating, however in order to keep the metabolism going you need to eat regularly just the right foods. Didn't see any benefit and to be honest have had more success in the past with fat burners.

I am never disappointed with these: they do what they claim, no more and no less. I eat sensibly most of the time, exercise, etc. But I have my moments when I want something with a bit too much fat, and fat of the wrong type (saturated that is). That's when I use these. Once I discontinued use for a month and I piled on 2 kg from these occasional trespasses (creamy sauces on pasta, cheese, pizza, almond croissants). It is essential to stick to the prescribed dosage though. It stands to reason (duh) that if you eat excessive amounts of fat (turning oily and runny through the digestion process) and you use these, and if they actually do their job and "bind" the fat to prevent absorption, it will come out the other end as "runny"-- all the more so the more fat you make them transport out. I have seen many comments mentioning or insinuating "leaky bottoms" in the reviews, and just know these people must be over- and mis-using these tablets.
