Have ordered this product again, it is definitely working for my parents and me too. I would certainly suggest to others, especially to those who have Vit D deficiency. Searched multiple options but finally orderd Earthful calcium supplement which has is all natural ingredients which insures high bioavailability. I am using this from past month and ordered 2 more packs as I am happy with the results. Also there is not too much calcium in one capsule which is really great as it does not shoots up calcium levels in blood. I take one capsule with morning breakfast and second with lunch. K2 and d3 is also present with magnesium for optimum calcium absorption. Overall a perfect calcium supplement.
