Definitely recommend it!
Loved how this book is filled with personal experiences and how they relate to different yoga exercises that beginners can easily perform. An easy read with loads of useful tips. Definitely recommend it!

Not for Seniors
It’s quite informative about the benefits of yoga. However, I don’t see how it’s for seniors 50-70. There are few illustrations and no mention of risks or adaptations for health and fitness levels. Disappointing.

Worst purchase ever
This is the worst book I've bought and I would have awarded it zero points if I could. The poses are illustrated by cartoonish drawings that in many cases bear no relationship with the poses they accompany. The instructions are weak and ineffectual. The book itself is very difficult to use as you cannot leave it open without either breaking the spine or weighing it down making it difficult to use whilst in a pose to refresh the next step to take etc.

Good Read!
One of the best yoga books that I have come across. Definitely a good read if you are new to yoga

Just awful
The pictures have been stretched and it is lazy, they have not aimed this at anyone, the pictures don't match. Just felt ripped off and should have bought something someone actually invested their time in so I could invest my money in, better off using you tube.

Lots of words, not much info
For someone completely new to Yoga, this has lots of information, however it does not have any of the much needed diagrams or images to work out what they are talking about.Save your pennies and get a better book.
