A bit expensive but… it literally saved my black UGG shoes! If you follow the instructions your shoes will look nearly like brand new. Just be patient and do it with care.

Worked better than I thought on my Timberland boots, definitely recommend, haven’t tested long term but short term it definitely revives the color and rids the boot of scuffs/marks
