How does one reattach the rubber blade cover if it becomes disconnected?

It’s super easy! The part that pops out basically looks like a CD. The center part just clips into the handle to take it in and out!

Is the wheel friction fitted to sleeve? Or is it secured with magnets?

After it is cleaned I set the cutter in the slot, put a finger through the hole in the center and push down. The cutter clicks into place very easily and it stays there until I put a finger in the center hole and give it a pull and it pops right out.

Is this cutter rolling when cut the pizza? Doesn’t see the pin in the Center of the cutter.
