didn't charge batteries fully
didn't charge 2500 batteries at full capacity but was showing as fully charged. thought batteries or appliances were faulty but ended up being this charger other hi quick one was much better

It still has a micro-USB port!!
This is the smallest AA/AAA charger I could find. It can charge a wide range of cells, is barely any bigger than a plastic case for 4 AA cells, and it's quite sensible in terms of charge rates (some chargers charge your batteries too fast, which isn't good for the cells) and smart charger capabilities.The only downside is it's still micro-USB. When ISDT makes a version with a USB-C port, I'll buy that to replace the one I have.Update: the ISDT website lists this as having a USB-C port. I contacted them and they told me "the A4 Air charger now uses a USB-C port." So I reordered it. They also updated the description on the listing. However, the one I got still had a micro-USB port. So I sent it back the next day, and I informed ISDT one more time.Dropping one star because of this.
