No issues, working well for many months now and barely notice it under the laptop of same size. Not too noisy also.

Personally, I was looking for a sturdy Laptop Cooling Pad and thankfully I found this, and sadly only this, because metal is better than most plastic that most Laptop pads come with. The fans have minimal noise and have good airflow. The only grievance I have is that I wish it was wider (35 W x 25.5 L x 25 H cm) and maybe less tall by about 0.5 cm. Because my 15.6 inch Dell Laptop from 2021 is kindly of overflowing on the sides. But despite that, thankfully the Laptop does not wobble in any way during work I hope an update comes to atleast have a more wider form factor available Overall it is good and I hope that the screw base keeping the Aluminium base and Plastic housing conjoined, are strong and won't crack over time

I bought this for my son who uses a asus rog model laptop, the cooler worked for hardly 12 to 14 days after which we could get a burnt smell. We tried cables but nothing worked… very poor product and hence never buy waste of money and time..

The product is made from very cheep plastic And came broken from the corner

It arrived with a huge dent in the corner and minimal packaging. It works but is all very low quality (no complaints on that… its $30) but when i reached out about the damage i got no reply

I purchased this laptop cooling pad because my laptop’s internal fan system is in disrepair. I have used it for two weeks and I am highly satisfied with this product. The seller on Amazon and Amazon Delivery Services have also provided satisfactory services. Following are the specifications listed on the product box package: Product size: 350x255x28 mm Size of fans: 60x60x15 mm x 6PCS Weight: 0.75 kg Speed of fans: 2800 RPM ± 10% Rated voltage: DC 5 V Rated power: 4 W ± 10% There is a USB connecting cable (USB connectors on both ends) provided alongwith the cooling pad. You can use it to provide power supply to the fans. Connect one end of the USB cable to the USB port of the cooling pad. The other end of the USB cable can be connected to laptop USB port, power adapter, power bank, etc. I think it is not a good idea to power the cooling pad from the laptop’s USB port as it may damage the motherboard, drain the laptop battery (and reduce its life) and also may place additional load upon the laptop power adapter. So, I am using a power adapter for supplying power to the cooling pad. I am using a XiaoMi smartphone adapter with a specification – 5 V, 2 A, to supply power to the cooling pad. The USB connecting cable is only 52 cm long and so you may need an extension socket. There are two USB ports provided on the cooling pad for power supply. There is a speed varying dial provided beside the USB ports for adjusting the fan speed. When you switch on power to the cooling pad, the fans do not run immediately. You must use the speed varying dial provided to switch on all the fans. The top of the cooling pad is made from Aluminium alloy and it has good thermal conductivity. It has 6 fans beneath it which provide powerful cooling effect. You can place your hand upon the top and feel the air currents. The cooling pad is quite robust and can support heavy laptops too. It can support upto 15” laptops. The laptop can be mounted at angles varying from 0°-12°-38°. It has a mounting system that can mount the laptop in 7 different positions using 7 notches/grooves. It has a hinged stopper to hold the laptop and prevent it from sliding off the top. Better cooling is achieved by mounting the cooling pad at an angle than keeping it level. There is no warranty card or instruction manual inside the product packing. There is no power adapter provided. Some Amazon customer has mentioned in his product review that you can achieve more cooling by placing ice underneath the cooling pad. It may seem like a good idea but be careful that the internal components may acquire moisture. If you are using your laptop for heavy work (e.g. gaming, game development or graphics software, complex calculations, etc.), I think this cooling pad may be useful but it is better to measure your device working temperature and consult a computer technician. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this product and for a price of Rs. 1099/-, I think it is value for money. I recommend this product to customers.

Good airflow from the fans as it keeps my gaming laptop cool but the fans are louder than expected on the lowest setting, as I was expecting silent fans. To give an idea my wife uses her mic on the laptop, when calling her on a virtual meeting, you can hear the fans running through the mic, but with the fans turned off no feedback on the virtual meeting. If you not concerned about the noise, then it's a great cooling pad.
