La Rochere Bee Stemmed Wine Glass 240 millilitres - Set of 6

These Larochere glasses have a lovely summery look to them, the bees make one think of sunny days, picnics and drinks on a terrace. The glasses are sturdily made, v well made, and despite their good looks are durable. I bung mine in a dishwasher and have recently dropped one downstairs, which the glass survived without a chip or crack. These are moulded glass (there is a visible seam) but don't be put off, they are designed to look like elegant glasses which would be socially acceptable to use at a dinner party. They make a lovely change from all the dull ubiquitous modern 'sleek' ie boring and featureless glasses normally on sale everywhere for everyday household usage. I love these, v pleased I found them, they go with crisp white linen table cloths, embroidered by an ancestress but are durable enough to use all the time for fruit juice, water or a decent wine. Perfect, practical glasses which are v good value for money, it's no surprise Larochere has been making glasses for centuries, superb. I want to get some more, the whole range.

We bought a set of these glasses while living in France but over the years they have been accidentally dropped (or deliberately knocked over by our cats) leaving us with just one remaining glass, so I was delighted to discover I could order a new set on Amazon. The glasses themselves are a moulded, heavyweight glass making them much more stable than a fine, long stemmed wine glass - and we love their quirky look. They arrived a week after ordering, very well packaged and in perfect condition. Santé!

These are great glasses, but when they arrived the bases of two of them were chipped. One was only slightly chipped but the other had a huge chip.

french hand crafted glass ... quality . the moulded bees are great ! and dont listen to people who moan about the moulded seem being detectable . thats normal ... they are hand made and quality wine glasses.

One wine glass out of 6 was broken on arrival, I would like a replacement for the one broken item.

As with all La Rochere products, these wine glasses are beautiful and practical. We ordered ours from the great company Harts of Stur. One of our 6 was damaged in transit: no fault of La Rochere as it was superbly packed. Wonderful Holly in Customer Services at Harts of Stur sent us a replacement immediately and it has arrived in perfect state. A glass of a fine red tonight, and dinner parties to follow! I've had some tumblers in this design for about 15 years & they still look good so I wanted to try the wine glasses. They are a lovely shape & are quite heavy so feel substantial, I've already had compliments about them. It's good that they can be bought individually too so you can build up your collection! I had originally ordered the larger size which was chipped on arrival. There was no quibble about a refund and this was processed very quickly. I decided on reflection to go for the smaller size and they are perfect.

I love the two glasses out of six that arrived unsmashed. Great product. And at £38 for two glasses, such a bargain. I may get more

Super schnelle Lieferung. Leider war ein Glas trotz sehr guter Verpackung kaputt. Hersteller hat innerhalb von zwei Tagen unkompliziert Ersatz gesendet. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Die Gläser sind sehr schön, etwas robustes, richtig für den Garten. Danke!

Très beaux, livré rapidement en très bon état. Je recommande, ils font un très bel effet sur une jolie table bien dressée.
