I have been using this supplement for a month now, just to try them. I usually use AZO brand but wanted to try these. At first I thought I was imagining things but it makes my urine have a strong smell. I am not sure if that suppose to happen and I haven't had much of a change. Maybe product is not for me and I'll go back to what I am used to. It doesn't hurt to try, just my experience!
