we have purchased 5 chairs and all of them are worth buying, value for money, quality and the width of the chair meets the comfort of the XXL size persons (LOL) over all a great a purchase

Packing Bought this chair for home office use given than this year most of us have been working from home. Chair came neatly packed. Outer side was in cardboard box with clean labels and inside all part of the chair were wrapped in plastic to prevent dust/water/scratches etc. All the parts were wrapped in blister packs which shows the attention given by the company Delivery Delivery was fairly on-time (this was through Amazon). Delivery person brought the box inside the house as it was heavy. He was wearing mask and was conscious of the pandemic. Assembly putting the chair together was fairly easy. Not much of technical knowhow id required as its just three things to be aligned. Installing the gas lift in the wheel base was easy. Fitting the chair on top of the gas lift needs a bit of effort as one has to lift it up and place on the right place on top of the gas lift. That’s all there is to assembly.. Functionality and comfort Chair is decently comfortable. Arm rests are adjustable (up and down only).gas lift is smooth and handles height adjustment very well. Recline is a bit clunky but for me its ok as I don’t need to recline too much. Took this chair to ensure one sits straight . The chair has nice cushion and the material used on it as well as on the back is like a net which allows air movement. So its quite comfortable even on a hot day. Have to see how it holds in summer but for now its pretty decent. The lower back support is a bit uncomfortable particularly when one is sitting on the chair for long. It would have been better if this lumbar support had been adjustable. Customer service Green Soul does seem to have a “soul” – customer service is good. In today’s world where customer service is to be scheduled by the customer (like it happens when one buys expensive items like fridge or washing machine or Ac etc), Green Soul team (particularly Mr. Rohit) was proactively reaching out to check if chair got delivered, whether I needed help in assembly or how I felt after using it a few days. I think this makes Green Soul stand apart. Overall Overall nice chair – would recommend buying it if usage is normal (with a walk or moving about every 2 hours or so). For longer time usage, I think Green Soul has some neat gaming chairs – those might serve the purpose.

Excellent product and easy to install, great comfort

This chair didn’t work well for my personal comfort and needs. I found it to be less supportive than I expected, and because it’s very lightweight, it tended to move around and feel unstable for me. Back support is rigid and very small play for reclining. Build and finish no complaints. I would recommend trying chairs in person before purchasing online to ensure they’re a good fit.

This is one of best chairs I have bought. Very comfortable and very good adjustable system. Best value of money chair out there.

the chair is good enough at this price..however the quality of handrest and metal legs are okayish. the backrest gives good support. Assembling was also easy and quick.
