Screws are missing from the order. Cannot assemble the chair without screws.*EDIT*good and responsive customer support, they sent a screw set on request. Got it within 72 hours. Assembled the chair immediately. Good product, economical, prompt service
It has been just over a month I have been using this chair. I must say, the quality is really good.The service of the company is really commendable. There was a prompt installation. The warranty certificate was promptly provided and they made sure everything was okay and I was satisfied. Which I really was...!!!So definitely a 5 star from my side.

Worth the Money
This is a good chair, under this price range. Very sturdy and reliable to sit for long hours. Tilt is good. It was very easy to assemble. I am removing one star because of the sitting cushion which i feel can be a bit better but overall a very fine chair

After 1 month experience with chair- comfortable and sturdy. Good back support. Nice experience as expected in this price range. Go for it whoever wants to buy no doubt it's a great product.

Extend your budget and buy a better chair
The chair is decent but the back support is poorly designed, it’s too close to the seat which makes it uncomfortable. Maybe it is designed for someone with small frame. I’m buying another chair of 5k and keeping this as an extra chair since there is no return option
