The TV Stand I'd Wished To Buy But Didn't Have The Space Until Now
I intend to use this TV stand to put my 32" tv on top, a printer on the lowest shelf, a cd player on the middle and the speaker/music source selector on the top shelf. Assembly was tedious because I just transferred to another apartment and I don't know where I placed my screwdrivers. And I also misplaced the assembling diagram when I set it aside to study it days before assembling this unit which I never did! I just remembered that the wooden plank marked "F" is on the bottom side and started in that part forward--laying the stand on its side. After I finished assembling the stand I sensed that it was shaky as some commented on their review and a sense of regret came over me for buying this item. However, when I put on the hard black paper cover at the back I noticed that the tv stand became rigid and I can't even shake it. AWESOME! I'm totally satisfied with this purchase! There is just one negative I can make about this tv stand--the height is relatively low.

Worth the price
Nothing fancy, just a good basic stand. I've never assembled furniture but followed the directions with little difficulty. The middle shelves fit nice and snugly, but the side shelves have a bit of wiggle room- not enough to impact functionality. Overall, the piece is much sturdier than I expected. And it looks great for the price. My only issues are with the backing. First, the circular wire holes are only partially cut out, so you have to cut connections at the top and bottom. With the correct tools (like an X-Acto knife), you should be able to manage a clean cut- I was unable to using a small paring knife. The result is a bit messy, though impossible to see once the shelves are full. Second, the alignment of the holes does not match up with the alignment I want for my shelves. I arranged the backing as shown in the directions, with one hole much closer to the bottom of the unit. I believe if I'd rotated the backing it would have been perfect for me. But it was hammered in per the directions, and now my middle shelf has no wire hole access unless I move it down two notches. So while the shelves are adjustable, the adjustment is very limited if you need hole access.Only just set the stand up so can't vouch for longevity, but a favorable first impression overall.

Like it.
Normally the press wood doesn't always hold to well, but this one was easy to put it together. Just don't over tighten while putting it together. Fits My TV and my small area.

Nice-looking inexpensive TV stand
I purchased this TV stand to replace a smaller one now that I have more equipment I'd like to use at my TV (HTPC, external storage, as well as some networking equipment I also keep by the TV) and my old two-shelf unit with no sides shelves wasn't cutting it. I bought the "Highland Oak" color, and it is very nice and natural looking. The stand was easy to put together. Two of us did it in less than an hour, and the directions were easy to follow. Since I've only had it for a little while now, I'm not sure how long it will last, but for being marketed as a low-end product I am pleasantly surprised so far. If I had any wishes, I wish it came with more shelves--if you have a lot of small equipment you want to put on it like I do (modem, router, FireTV, network TV tuner device, etc.), they don't take up as much vertical space, and having more places to stack them would be nice. That being said, often Sauder will sell you additional parts if they believe the furniture can safely accommodate it (I discovered this when I broke something during assembly on a piece of store-branded furniture that was actually manufactured by Sauder--you can also order replacement parts from them), so I may ask if I decide it's worth it.

Holds a TV. What more do you want?
Assembly was very easy. Instructions were simple and in a good order. Not that you will likely need them. Parts were clearly labeled, even the wood pieces. Mine was over by one screw and one rubber sleeve, pretty common. Unfortunately it was also short one shelf support. Honestly, not even worth calling/emailing the company. Even with three the shelf is more than solid enough to support one light speaker. The knockouts in the back panel were well-placed. The panels all fit together nicely. Is this fine furniture you'll pass on to your grandkids? Nope. Is it something that looks nice and functions well enough in a casual room? Yup. This stuff is great for a play room, den, dorm room, etc. If you need to keep a TV off the floor and don't want to worry about scratches in nice furniture this works great.I don't feel like I can give it five stars, because it was missing a hardware piece. But it's otherwise worth a five star rating. It's a good deal for the price, with easy assembly and plenty solid enough for a modern TV/game console/speakers/whatnot. Overall quite nice.

Even an 80 yr. young "girl" can assemble it ! !
I had very definite dimensions and budget. Sauder had exactly what I was looking for. Have used their products in the past and found them to be of very good quality for items needed to be assembled. It weighed 55 pounds ( I am 102 lbs.) and knees are creaky so due to the fact a lot of the assembly was on the floor it went slower that usual. I really didn't care - I had exactly what I wanted and it looks great in my sunroom with my new TV.

GOod, solid stand, watch for glue on outside of packaging if using as work surface during assembly.
Good and solid support for Hifi, TV and speakers. Added casters for ease of access, and added extra holes for wires in the rear panel. It was well packaged, but had extra strengthening glued onto the outside. Said ready assembled but was flat pack.Instructions recommended assembling on the cardboard packaging which meant removing the extra strengthening pieces. After assembly found the glue had transferring itself to laminate floor entailing much elbow grease to remove.
