Love this book and refer to it a lot. So informative, covers so much info on each food. Easy quick to look foods up. A big book too heavy for your handbag! But thoroughly enjoy reading through and making notes from it before I go food shopping. Excellent easy quick receipes for various conditions as well. Highly recommend
