Looks great and box is really pretty too, it came well protected with another black box and I was worried for second that it is it... But inside good looking black box was box from picture, with gift bag, really pretty. This is for gift so presentation was important for me and I think first time I was really impress with WOW effect. Person for which I bought this is really fussy and love to complain but I hope it will not dare this time, mug is beautiful, spoon little bit less spectacular but still looks great.

This mug is absolutely stunning and made a fantastic gift for my mum who uses it daily.It's got a nice weight to it and is presented beautifully.She started using it in the new year and now (4 months later) the gold on the handle is rubbing off and showing a white plastic underneath. She still loves it but definitely doesn't look as pretty as it once was.

Wow well impressed by this item. Bought as a gift for an elderly relative. Delivered well packaged, on opening packaging the item is inside a lovely lined box with a soft felt cleaning cloth and soft coaster included. the photos dont do the item justice and it also came with a gift bag that matched the box. Recommend to family and friends.

Very, very pretty glass mug.Have crashed it by mistake and ordered a new one. Could not stop myself because the mug is simply too pretty.

I bough this mug as a treat for myself for work, I love it and so doeseveryone at work, it arrived in a beautiful box and matching bag so would make a wonderful gift for any time of the year, it is very colourful and a nice weight. I personally think it is a fair price for such a decadent gift .

Threw was nothing to dislike about this crystal cup it was absolutely gorgeous. I am sure my wife will love it for her birthday. Thank you
