To be able to sleep and chill
It was quite relaxing 😌 Not sure about the beginning, didn't like the sound of the waves

Really lovely cd
I really like this cd, its perfect for what I need it for which is for doing reflexology treatments on people. It is one continual relaxation song which changes as It goes along but doesn't stop in between each song. There is no singing which is good. Just nice and ambient and lasts about an hour, so I just put it on repeat and I'm good to go for as long as i am working. Its perfect thank you.

Mindfulness
I use this as background music in the classroom for autistic children . The children love the quiet soothing calm music . It helps them relax, focus and regulate. They ask for it to be played. It’s very soothing music but doesn’t become familiar as there aren’t breaks or changes in the tempo. Very relaxing for yoga and mindfulness sessions.
