Read the details in this review, good things to know.
Very easy to assemble, I'd pulled out several tools to prep for the assembly only to happily discover that none were needed to build the rack itself. You'll need a Phillips screwdriver to populate the rack spaces with the INCLUDED rack screws, but that's the only thing. I do wish the included screws came with washers like Gators 25 pack does, that would seem to be a given, but alas I'm very glad i ordered the additional screws, they have a more finished look with the washer/collar. I didn't realize that the stand could fold-up its legs, this feature might be helpful for a future project I'm planning. The stand is well made and thought out, I just wish I'd noted a few features up front, that I consider thoughtful but saw no mention of in the descriptions.

Great little racks
I have two of the 12u and one 6u racks. Easy to put together work well and they fit nicely on top of the desk if you have room for them. They also work well on the floor I ended up putting mine on top of the desk because I have three dogs that shed and no matter what I do the dog hair ends up in my studio. I didn't want the dog hair ruining my outboard gear. Makes it way easier to dust the gear and now everything is that my height makes things easier when mixing music. Just know that when inserting the outboard gear you'll have to pay attention to the length or depth of the gear you're installing because of this late tilt it has and they don't have a lot of room at the very bottom you have to make sure you use a shorter depth piece on the bottom. If that makes sense.

Sturdy Rack but really only 11RU are usable
Fantastic rack. Mine is currently full of gear. Only downside is the bottom 1RU is nearly unusable due to the depth of most rack equipment.

Great Gear Stand
Works great. I modded with wheels so I use it as floor stand. Great.

Great simple desktop rack
This simple desk rack exceeded my expectations. I researched for a few days to find a rack for my retro PC setup so I could house my MIDI equipment and mixer. While there are a lot of options on Amazon the price on this rack can't be beat. I bought a couple 1U shelves by StarTech to go with it. Mine came with screws in the box and the box came undamaged unlike some other reviewers. Still, I decided to buy a set of screws from Gator Frameworks anyway but it was unnecessary in the end. I put the rack together in 5 minutes and have had absolutely no QC issues with it.

Good desktop rack for someone on a budget
I'm coming from using a startech desktop rack, which isn't really made for musicians, but at the time I purchased it, there weren't really any other options for desktop racks. this model is cheaper, sturdier, and has a slightly smaller footprint than the startech. It does not use the threaded square cage nuts, instead there are pre drilled holes; which proved slightly difficult to break in with a small hand screwdriver. The spacing alignment seemed pretty spot on, I purchased a box of rack screws washers from Gator, along with the rack. They appeared slightly better in quality along with having the washers, which I do not believe are included. I couldn't really ask for more, besides maybe some grip points on the top and bottom.

GOOD STURDY RACK BUT ...
i guess they dont make em like they used to. the rack is sturdy and assembles quick. i would pay a little more for rolling/locking wheels. the rack screws are not soft and are solid pieces heres the "but" part ... you should run one screw through each hole to make sure it wont seize. i guess some of the paint gets into the hole. i used an electric drill to run them through quick. several seized but eventually ran through the paint. this needs to be done at mfg'ing time not during my time also add an option for nylon washers, #10, 1/16" thick. i bought 17 4 packs (68) for $12 at the local hardware store. im a little ocd and run a washer between the front rack and back ear and between the front rack ear and screw otherwise i recommend this as its made in the us. the overseas one will ship with soft metal screws which the threads will not hold and cross thread into the rack hole

Excellent Product!!!
This thing is a BEAST of a Stand! For an open frame Rack stand, it works great for keeping the units installed cool with out being stuffed in a rack case, and supports quite a bit of weight from everything I have mounted in it. I loved it so much, I bought another one!

I purchased this rack for my studio desktop to hold an interface and power conditioner. It was super easy to assemble, came with a full set of mounting screws for all the tapped holes on the rails and provides a solid and stable foundation for my gear. I can't imagine any other one that could be better at this price. It is well designed, super stable and accurately made (holes all line up perfectly on rails). It was intuitively easy to assemble, but did not come with assembly instructions. There are adqequate photos on the box that most people should be able to sort the assembly out with, but I think a person with few handy skills might find it a tad challenging. It can be assembled without tools up to the point where you want to mount items to the rack where you will need a Philips driver. I think at this price, I would describe this rack as an absolute bargain. Buy with confidence.
