Ancient grain flour has completely elevated my baking game! I’ve been using it as a more nutritious alternative to traditional white flour, and the difference in flavor and texture is incredible. Great stuff and honest company; flavor is lovely! It's definitely not the same to work with as the common flours we see in American grocery stores, but it gives bread makers a new challenge to address; that being rise and crumb. I look forward to figuring it out, especially for such a profoundly nutrient rich product.

Love this flour but too expensive, I think 10 dollars less would be fair. Still it's great and I'll find it cheaper somewhere else.

Fine flour, fresh and good taste

I am highly sensitive to gluten products but never tested positive for Celiac. At the recommendation from a friend, I tried this wheat. First, I made a loaf of yeast bread. I hadn't been able to do that in years. Even breathing in the flour dust would set my reaction into gear. It was wonderful and had none of the debilitating reactions I usually have. Yes, it is costly, but I will cut expenses on other things to keep this in my pantry. This wheat is a reminder of the wonderful provisions and sustenance created by God. Thank you, for bringing back this ancient grain.

This is very nice flour but 4 stars since it is expensive. The texture is smooth. It has a nice nutty flavor. I am using it to make sourdough bread.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Excellent quality. Fresh tasting. Works great to make sourdough.
