Being an old guy, plus also a stroke survivor. I need all the brain help that I can get. So I decided to try these. I figure that it can’t hurt! 😉

This has helped me feel calmer and less scattered. Many supplements give me migraines or leave me feeling a bit sick. This one was no problem for and actually has helped me feel better and less “all over the place.”

I purchased this product about a week ago with high hopes. I was a previous user of Adderall XR, in recent times I have been attempting to find a natural supplement to aid attention support. Optimal focus was recommended by a healthcare professional that I very much trust. This ignited my excitement about the product. I thoroughly researched the product and though not all supplements benefit each individually equally I was still hopeful. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the results. I have not noticed any change or benefit in my attention. This is understandable because every individual has different biochemistry and supplements like this not being a one-size-fits-all all with knowing that already I am very much displeased with how expensive the product is and does not have any benefit for me whatsoever. Also unfortunate that I could not choose anything lower than one star. Deserves a 0.2 at most.

I got the Seeking Health Optimal Focus because I am always looking for a vegan, algae based DHA. As a vegetarian, i have read that it's necessary to supplement this since I am not consuming sea animals. Also, I tend to notice that DHA helps my hydration levels.The first thing I noticed, was a very very strong fruity, flowery smell. I researched to find that bacopa has a smell like that. However, I then got concerned because, usually I might find a silica sachet in a supplement as a desiccant but this was the first time I have seen an orange cylinder used for this purpose. Since it smelled fruity, I wondered if it was an artificially scented desiccant. I gave a phone call to find out that it is actually a very natural, mineral-based desiccant (cool!) and there is no scent nor anything artificial added to it.. I also came to find that the strong fruity, flowery smell of the cylinder is due to it absorbing the smell of the Bacopa. I was rest assured that the smell is coming from the Bacopa.After taking the Optimal Focus, I have noticed a moderate improvement in my dryness levels. all the way around, feel better when taking this supplement. Not too much with focus, but this is not a strong need of mine.

My husband and I both struggle with focus and are always looking for things to improve our motivation. We both immediately noticed a benefit on the 1st day of taking this. I started with 1 capsule and he started with 2. Now we both take the full 3 capsule dose on the days that we need it most - being sure to take breaks from it, especially since it is expensive and we do not want to create dependency.I have been a long time fan of Dr. Ben Lynch, the naturopath who makes this brand of supplements - so I was very excited to try this one out. I can confidently say that we don’t want to live without this one now that we’ve tried it and I’m always recommending it to other friends who struggle with focus and motivation.The blend of ingredients is impressive and top notch quality. I also greatly appreciate that there are no junky fillers in his line of supplements. They have a nice pleasant floral smell to them, which is not overpowering.

I sometimes suffer from brain fog, or lack of focus, due to having Lyme disease. I've been taking Seeking Health Optimal Focus to help with this. I'm already familiar with Seeking Health because my functional doctor recommends a lot of their products, and feel it's a trusted brand. I have tried other supplements from this company and they have all been high quality and I've never had a bad experience with any of them. I have been more alert lately, but I don't know if the supplements have helped or not yet. I will continue with a second bottle and report back here with more feedback!

Item comes properly shipped with safety seal.I am a follower of Dr. Ben Lynch. I find him very knowledgeable on health and trust his supplements. I love that this has Uridine, DHA and Alpha GPC in it. Given together, these nutrients may accelerate formation of synaptic membrane, the major component of synapses.So far, no adverse effects since my son has started to take them, but too soon to notice any benefits. I will update my review should we see anything.Unfortunately, these are very pricey, but if you bought the nutrients separately, you may end up with the same cost.
