Great product, I take 1 and im asleep within 30 minutes. I was previously taking 2 of the 3MG gummies and it wasn’t enough. 1 of these and im out like a light!

I was never a melatonin person bc I felt like it doesn’t work but this brand knock me out I even gave it to my teen last night and he was out quick will buy again and it being vegan and it tastes good cherry on top

The texture is not a gummy or chewy. It's a very granular chew, like a gum drop. The flavor is interesting, like sweet but has a gross, bitter aftertaste. I don't know how to describe it, it bites back. Acidic?As for how useful the melatonin is... I consistently wake up when it's out of my system. I usually wake up at 5am, so I have started taking one of these at 9pm to fall asleep at 930p.Unfortunately, there's something about melatonin that wakes me up when it's reached it's half-life, around 3am every time. I don't think it's specific to this brand. I'd rather not increase my dose because, as is typical with melatonin, it gives me weird dreams.I have experienced terrible day-long migraines after taking this. Again, no idea if it is the brand or the melatonin.In summary, I don't like these. The flavor is yucky, the texture is gross. Don't call something a gummy if it doesn't have a gummy texture. I despise gum drops lol....The brand has great reviews on the other doses of melatonin, so maybe you'll like it, maybe you won't. It's a not returnable. I feel like kids wouldn't like it.
