It's work for me but to slow

I’ve been taking this biotin supplement for a few weeks now, and I can already see a difference. My hair feels stronger and looks shinier, and I’ve noticed less breakage. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no unpleasant aftertaste. Overall, a solid supplement for hair, nails, and general wellness.

I cant believe how much this has improved the thickness and growth of my hair!! 60 never had hair this good, Nails are stronger and longer too. One a day works wonders. My daughter has started them too. January pic 1 September pic 2.

Not been using this vitamin very long however I can definitely see a difference in nail growth but can't say seen a difference in my hair yet but to soon to know if makes a difference. But definitely has with my nails. Great value, easy to swallow , and a good quantity in the pack, plus no bad taste. I have tried others with no effect so I would say the vitamin content is effective because of the change in my nails, and they come in a flat pack type so can post through a letter box and very easy to get into.
