Very easy to use, flexible, smart and compact.
Arrived quickly. Very easy to get going with. The software is intuitive and I was generating usable labels within minutes. It would be nice to specify print size by actual mm rather than font sizes as I had very specific narrow labels I needed. I also bought some narrower 6mm tapes and use them interchangeably with no issues. You will get some scrap due to the built in cutter but it’s honestly not much … your left with a pile of short unused cuttings. Print quality is excellent. I use with batteries which makes the device incredibly portable. My daughter also connects with her phone so we have multiple users of the gadget.

Good product, rubbish, irritating software
Tldr: The Hardware itself is good, labels are very high quality. However this item is so much more frustrating to use than it should be, due to poorly executed software. I will say again that it prints great looking labels and if you only want to print basic plain text labels and can put up with the file save system if you want to print multiple labels at once, to save waste, it is great for £50, much better than the handheld one I sent back.Pros: High dpi, the auto cutter is nice. Software doesn't seem to be buggy.Cons: The software is rubbish. Can't use the pc app with this product, but can with the cheaper low dpi model. Can't create own templates.Anything with a frame means resizing and recentering the text or frame manually, every time, so not automatic. This makes it take so much longer.Saving files to print multiple labels at once, to save wastage, generates a file name that is a duplicate of the previous one, which overwrites the previous saved label with that name when saved. This means you can think you've created a bunch of labels, but the only one saved is the most recent. To prevent this you have to delete the unnecessarily long generated file name one character at a time before giving it your own name or you append it with random characters for an even longer random name. There are no instructions I could find that tell you how to use the software, other than the basics. Ie I have no idea how the import feature works.I still don't have any idea if I can import a list of labels to print in one go.
