I was slightly sceptical when I ordered these! I knew solar panels now have the ability to generate light in lower levels but Surely garden lights would be different, still I wanted to give them a go.I put these out for the first time over a week ago, the panel is situated where light during the day is quite limited. At dusk the first night they same on. So pretty, they looked amazing, but obviously they were gully charged when they arrived. They stayed on until first light that night too.Despite my initial thoughts, so far I'm delighted, they did come on every night thereafter and despite it being the darkest time of year and the panel being situated where it is, they appear to charge enough to allow the lights to sparkle all night, approx 14 hours at the moment. Only one day so far have they not received enough light to allow max charge and by the early hours they did become dim.I love these lights, they are really effective. The only hitch...the string I got was so long, I ended up in a tangle putting them out. I would happily recommend these.

I have owned many sets of solar lights, but I particularly wanted a quality product as I needed to surround my garden pond (which is semi-shaded by trees for at least 50% of the day) with the fairy lights. I am very impressed with how little sunlight is needed to charge these lights and the amount of time that they last for when illuminated. I would definitely recommend these over any cheaper and inferior products and will definitely be buying more solar lighting from their range in the future.

Bought for edge and awning definition on a caravan. Worked very well: ample brightness - almost too bright for my purposes - and seem to remain alight for long after sunset. Only used in summer so cannot comment about performance in short daylight, but I am very well satisfied with the standard of manufacture.

Good looking lights and easy to setup but stopped working after 1 year.

These feel like great lights. The solar array is large, so they should charge will. The cable looks robust. And they are as bright as you could expect for solar.They are not cheap-but you get what you pay for.Just need to save up for three more sets!

Excellent lights. REALLY good quality. Don't waste your money on cheaper versions they just don't compare. Bought my first set 5 years ago, and they're still going, (all but a few bulbs.) love the fact that there is plenty of cable before the first bulb. They look magical in my tree.

Initially I was pleased with these when I used them in the summer. However it's only October and yet the claims for superior quality, durability and suitability for the British winter have been demonstrated to be nonsense already.The lights came on only dimly and lasted a short time even after a reasonable amount of autumn sun with the solar panel placed carefully.The solar panel isn't waterproof - after a night of heavy rain it was absolutely waterlogged and then the whole unit stopped working completely.An overpriced piece of junk which is no better than the solar lights you can get anywhere else for a lot less money. Don't be fooled - these are no better quality than any other cheap lights out there.

I have to say that regrettably I have bought my last set and will no longer be recommending them to anyone else.
