Good printer
It prints It scans and prints It's dead easy to set up and operate It was cheaper than two ink cartridges by £4 that is why I bought it . Came with two cartridges but they wont last long I have bought refill bottles when they do run out .So far it seems to be a good buy for £22.95

Excellent printer.
Brilliant, works perfectly. Bought this printer, because the ink cartridges on our previous printer were too expensive i.e it was cheaper to buy a new printer than buy the ink! So far so good, but have only used the ink cartridges that came with the printer, not tried the compatible cheaper cartridges bought on amazon yet, so time will tell if the compatible ink works well with this printer. But as for the actual printer can't fault it.

Utterly rubbish
1star I would like to give it less. The set up is a series of button presses. All fine for about 2 weeks. Then because it's wireless my phone can't connect to it. No idea why, I don't use it all that much. Tried everything. Even re-installed the app. Still nothing, "can't find the printer", Absolute joke. Can't beat a plug in printer. Do not buy. Save your money. It's a big piece of black worthless plastic.

Great value printer - Does the job well
Bought for my son to use for homework and it's been brilliant. The set up even for me been a bit of a tech head was a bit tricky. With the printer been WiFi all you really need is the power lead, the apps for PC and mobile are very good and easy to use and the printer responds really fast when you sent it a job to do.

Bad experience, poor design
This printer started badly. Set up failed partially and required that I use the supplied CD. Once working, print quality was ok but not exceptional. The design wasn't great with the paper tray difficult to get to. After three weeks of light use, it refused to feed paper. There was no paper caught in the printer and no indication of a paper jam but would not feed paper again. I sent it back to Amazon for a refund (great service Amazon!) and bought an HP Envy 4527 instead. Print quality is similar, printer is much quieter and better designed and works reliably. Maybe I was unlucky but the HP feels like a better printer (more solid and better design).

Just stopped working
Bought this one 3 years ago for 35 quid. Hardly used it more than a few times per year as I don't need to print that much. But a printer is handy to have around just in case. First had it connected with a cable, which works fine, then I made it a wireless one somewhere else in the room. Connecting wireless is a bit more complicated, but I figured it out. Still didn't print more than 10-15 pages per year. This week it just powered off mid print and it won't power back on again. At first I thought this would be because of the color cartridge being about empty, but then I thought that was nonsense because it wouldn't lose power and/or won't power back on because of an empty cartridge. Ok, so it might have died and I will buy a new one. Now they cost nearly 5 times as much - from 35 to 143 quid in 3 years? Why?? Ink hasn't gotten any cheaper - if anything it has gone up drastically in price. Does this turn out to be a rip off?

Good value
I have had a Canon before but it took me a while to get it set up. The ink cartridges are a little awkward to change but for what you pay it does a great job and you can use it as a copier and a scanner too
