I need to use my mayhew 66000 set to make 7/16" id x 3/4" od gaskets. can i buy a 7/16" punch to fit the inner, threaded mount?

Maybe. The 7/16 punch is available separately (I searched for "mayhew 7/16"). Not sure if the 7/16 and 3/4 punches can be used together. It depends on the size range. Punches are in different size ranges depending on where they affix to the punch body. Any punch can be used with one from the next size range up.
