Wahl James Martin ZX841 Table Blender and Grinder, 1.5 Litre, 500 Watt, White/Black

Wonderful piece of kit - works really well. Especially impressed with one-piece glass jug (handle and all) which feels very solid and well made. Minor issue with the fact that the angle of the blades in the base unit for the jug differ from those on the grinding cup, so if you accidentally put the jug base unit on the grinding cup (as I did!) it scores a line around the interior of the glass cup, making a terrible noise in the process. Won't make that mistake again...!However, Wahl UK more than redeemed themselves by responding immediately to my complaint, and have promised to send out a replacement cup free of charge, which I now await. Classic example of a good product made even better by excellent customer service.

The blender is perfect and blend smoothly. I would recommend it for anyone who needs a good working low noise blender as I will personally buy it again and again.

My smaller dey blender base got stuck in the blender machine and wouldn't come off with my effort. I can't use it at the moment and I don't know how to resolve this. Any ideas will be appreciated. I also wanna ask if there is a warranty for it.

Used it once for my protein shake and the machine was spinning round in the other direction under its own weight, as bits of rubber shot out from the bottom. On top of that, no matter how hard I tried to remove the glass section to clean, I couldn't pull, twist or force it from the bottom section, and I'm a bodybuilder. In the bin it went. Garbage.

could not use this (our fault )as we could not put it together correctly , had a dreadful accident so we dispensed of it to the dustbin

It lasted the longest compared to what I had used in the past

It is a powerful machine, but I find the lid difficult to get off, and it is a nuisance to clean. I wouldn't buy another

Brilliant piece of kitchen equipment, found it too heavy for me so my daughter in law is the lucky one.
