It works great! You can wrap it twist it stuff it flatten it. I would say it's about 24 inches long Great value quality is there and comfort is awesome

I've used this warm and cold. Love the length because it can be used in many places. I got it for my neck and head because of frequent headaches. I unexpectedly injured my wrist and arm. Wrapped around my arm perfectly. I held it in place with ace bandage during use on my wrist and arm. I love it.

Love the concept. But beads break out of seam and spill out. Second time purchased and the second one lasted a week. Very disappointed.

Good size, stays cold in use for a long time, I like the 2 different surfaces as I use both.

I’m not sure how you would clean this. It does not stay cold for very long. The size is awkward. It is too wide and there isn’t a way to secure the wrap.

Gets the job done but the plastic side showing the beads sweats and gets your clothes wet so in a sense it’s almost useless to use but the other side isn’t quite cold enough for me.

Perfect cold pack. Just long enough to go over the shoulders and helps with pain and to cool down.

I use the gel pack hot for my neck. I love the length of it as it easily covers my neck and drapes nicely over my shoulders. I will definitely buy this again.

Unfortunately the description did not say the item was lavender scented. So beware if you are using it for migraines and scents trigger migraines! Needed to return. Cooperative for return.
