I'm absolutely thrilled with the Xtreme Big Fella 3.0mm Pellets for my cichlids! The fish go crazy for them, and I've noticed a significant improvement in their color and vitality. The pellets are the perfect size, and they're easy to digest. My tank's water quality has remained stable, and the pellets don't cloud the water like some other foods I've tried. Highly recommend these pellets for any cichlid enthusiast!

There's no full ingredient on Amazon at the time of writing, so here's a picture of it. Yes, my variety of African cichlids gobble it up and Xtreme brand has a great reputation of quality. The shape is shockingly uniform and doesn't disintegrate quickly when it gets wet. The downside is that it contains Rice, Wheat, and Soy. For years, I've used only the grain-free food options, mostly from Your Fish Stuff. I've grown fish from fry, and maintained healthy adults off those foods. However, I thought getting something else in their diet with added vitamins might be a good idea, and finding grain-free fish food isn't easy. So, I've added some of this Xtreme food as a supplement to my daily regimen. It has many great ingredients, including vitamin supplementation, and good natural ingredients (like squid), that my fish aren't getting elsewhere. If you don't mind feeding your fish some grains, this is great food.
