These capsules are a bit large but easy enough to swallow. No strong fishy aftertaste, especially if taken with food. The dosage is high quality, and I’ve noticed less joint stiffness after a few weeks. Bottle is big so it lasts a while.

2 tablets a day fish oil. It has omega 3 added for extra health benefit. The tablets taste bad and are massive however are good value and are helpful for vitamin A. Be aware how much you take as they have a decent amount in.

Have this on repeat for 18 months now. Very happy to keep on it now. Easy to swallow capsules. No aftertaste. Joints are easing up.

It is a decent omega 3 supplement–effective enough and ok size to swallow. However, for visible results, most people need 1000 EPA daily, which translates to 3 capsules per day, which is not the most convenient. It would be better if it was more concentrated. Other than that, no bad smell, always arrives in perfect condition.
