DECORA 0050087 Chocolate Mould Hemisphere Ø 75 275x150x22mm

Good sturdy moulds. They were a little generous for hot chocolate bombs I wanted them for to be honest but I knew that buying them. Would go a cm or two smaller, especially for little people if that's what you need but made well crystallized shiny shapes.

VERY good mould! Shapes came out on the first try and they were super shiny. Only prep required is to obviously wash the mould and then keep it in the fridge / freezer prior to pouring chocolate into it so help the shapes come off easily

This product is brilliant. Arrived very quickly well packaged. Easy to use perfect product each use

The mould is great. If you have two you can stick the moulds together to create whole sphere. However the description is wrong. The mould itself is bigger than stated in the title. Also, there is no information about the size of the half spheres. Overall a good purchase but I expected smaller mould as the description clearly stated the size.

Too hard can’t remove the cups without breaking.

Once I had understood chocolate tempering these professional moulds worked perfectly. One tap and the 75 mm chocolate hemispheres fell out of the mould. If it's not tempered properly it will STICK with great tenacity. Get tempering, I used the Seeding method, right and it's a doddle.

My daughter desperately wanted to make hot chocolate bombs and Santa produced these just in time. They were easy to work with but the spheres are huge. We have only one mug they'll fit into. Invest in a candy thermometer to temper the chocolate, too. They were beautifully shiny.
