Gets your bowels moving
I started taking these as I was experiencing constipation as a side effects of my current medication. Within five days I found I was going regularly so they are effective if you keep up with the two gummies a day. they are great value compared to other brands.I also like the taste as they are just like gummies fruity sweets so easy to chew.

I received this on Saturday and started taking 2 as instructed, and it works. Not hard to chew and good flavours. I will definitely order more.

Good alternative to powders
They do the job to get my fiber intake increased and they taste nice whilst doing so.Definitely provide good value for money as I'm not a big fan of all the fibre powders/drinks or the 100 odd calorie bars.
