Impressed with this little cable—strong, braided design and delivers crystal-clear picture quality. Works perfectly with my MacBook Air and my 4K monitor. No flicker, no lag, just plug and go.

I have been trying to connect my 4k monitor (lg 43ud79-b) to my laptop (Alienware Area-51M with RTX 2080) for 4k, 60Hz gaming for a while now. I went through 3 brands of HDMI-to-HDMI cables (one of which I was able to get 4k @ 60Hz but it was VERY unstable) and 4 brands of Mini DisplayPort to regular-sized DisplayPort cables that CLAIMED to be able to handle 4k @ 60Hz but COULDN'T until I got to this one. Finally decided to spend a little bit more and go for this cable that claims it could do ABOVE what I needed (8k @ 60Hz and/or 4K @ 144Hz) and BAM!... Stable 4k, 60Hz gaming with absolutely no problems at all. Honestly I was starting to think that there was either something wrong with my graphics card or something wrong with my 4k monitor. SO glad this did the trick! Unfortunately I can't confirm that it does 8k@60Hz or 4k@144Hz since I don't have a monitor that can do that, but I can say that it handles 4K@60Hz flawlessly.... so happy about it that I decided to actually review it :) Hope this info is at least helpful to somebody out there.

finally have stable video. Its for an 2012 mac mini, Specs say it will support 2K video. After going through about 3 cables I have one that will support a stable picture. It plugs singly in to the mini display port on the mini. It smoothly slides into the tv DisplayPort. No cumbersome locking, just a snug fit. Well please after struggling with other cables.

I am not a fan of products for which manufacturers or companies that claim them as their own don't take pride in putting their name on them. To me, that means they are not confident in their products. However, I needed a short cable of this type, and this was the only one available for quick shipping and delivery. That said, the cable works. The connectors appear to be of good quality, which gives hope that the cable will last a long time. Will see. I am rating this cable 4 stars only for the lack of branding.

Works..looks good..blue color makes it easier to tell apart from other cables. Works with my 5120X1440 resolution monitor. It is for my work laptop so cannot talk about what refresh rates it supports etc.
