It comes with a DC7909 to DC8020 connector.  If the Jackery Explorer 1000 Pro has one of those connectors, then it should work.  According to Jackery's website for the Explorer 1000 Pro it includes "2* DC7909 to DC8020 Adapter"; therefore, I would say it would work.

I am not familiar with the Solar Apollo 100w portable solar panel (upgraded) for 240/300/500/1000/1500/200.  I have four Jackery 100w Solar Saga Panels and a Jackery 1500 Explorer solar generator. This cable fits the Jackery 8mm adapter perfectly. I did a quick check of the solar panel you describe on the EBL website. Their website describes the solar panel as follows:  EBL Portable Solar Panel compatible with most generators on the market, included some famous brand, additional equipped with multi size connectors, which can match multiple models of computers.  Additional information describes the cables and adapters that come with the solar panel: 1 x MC4 TO ANDERSON Cable, 1 x MC4 TO DC5521 Cable, 1 x 5.5*2.1mm to 5.5*2.5mm Adapter, 1 x 5.5*2.1mm to 7.9*0.9mm Adapter, 1 x 5.5*2.1mm to 3.5*1.5mm Adapter.
Based on this description of adapters that come with the solar panel it would appear this cable may work. I emphasize may work - 7.9mm to 8mm is not much of a difference but it may not work if a solid connection is not made where the two cables come together - the 8mm may not fit the 7.9 mm as tightly as it should. It appears they are trying to make their solar panel work with most solar generators. Also, you will want to make sure the other end of this cable will plug in or connect to  your solar charger properly. Close enough may not be good enough. Sorry, I could not be more definitive with my answer.
