Handles don’t ‘handle’
I purchased this for my daughter for school. To put things into context, she travels light - notebook, pencil case, calculator, hairbrush (not like back in the day when I had to lug 20 text books back and forth to school and could really have done with a suitcase on wheels!). Unfortunately, despite her light load, one of the handles detached from the bag within 3 weeks of use. I used gorilla glue to reattach and a week later the handle on the other side broke. Not ideal!

Zip wasn't working
Mine came broken at the zip have asked for a refund but not replied I don't know if anyone else has come across this problem but my zip wasn't closing and the material at the zip was ripped.
