Works well
I use this on my phone to talk to people in a noisy area. I can hear them and can hear me. I haven't tried to use the charging capability yet.

Didn't work very long
I loved how streamlined this was, how it didn't stick out from my phone, but it never worked with the speaker cord in my car, and quit working in general after the first month or so.
