Fabric digs into skin even under a tank. Kinks.
I didn’t like this product.if you sit or are bent over a crease is created and you can’t get it flat again.

Best if used over clothing
Product is scratchy, stiff and is best used over clothing. It has a good compression but isn't very flexible with the body. I ended up ordering a different brand because I needed something to wear under my clothes that would conform to my body.

Exactly what I need for pregnancy support
Extremely stretchy and supportive. I bought it to use in the beginning of my second trimester because I get incredibly horrid rib pain from carrying my kids so high. I am able to adjust it so that it is supportive and not restrictive, I'm not using it to slim like a corset, just to keep my torso from feeling ripped apart.

Amazing for POTS
Typically, I don’t write reviews (though I do read them and am grateful to the thoughtful people who do write them!).I am so unbelievably pleased with this life-changing product.I have a slew of inflammatory and autoimmune health problems which have fried my autonomic nerves, causing a type of dysautonomia known as POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome).I’d tried lower leg and thigh compression with no success and couldn’t find any athletic shorts compressive enough to help with blood flow. Also, I HATE Spanx type garments.Today, I strapped this on as soon as it arrived and took a walk.I was fine for the first time in years. For example, my HR typically jumps to 150 and immediately drops to 35 regularly. With this abdominal binder, my HR remained stable. No alerts from my watch or service dog. No chest pain, no blacking out, no excessive dizziness or lightheadedness or breathlessness, no excessive sweating. And it was 75F out, which is ten degrees too warm for me to even consider stepping outside normally. This wrap is not hot, itchy, scratchy, or uncomfortable, and I have Crohn's Disease so I typically won't even wear jeans. The velcro stayed secure, and this product is nicely supportive and clearly well-designed and well-made.If you suffer from dysautonomia like me and your physician has recommended compression, this is worth a try. For me, it’s helping get my mobility back and significantly reducing my pain, and that's pretty priceless.

I like this binder
This is the 4th abdominal binder I’ve tried. It’s my favorite. My only complaint is the edge at the end is a little scratchy. But I put tape on the edge and it helped. I measured and ordered in between the numbers so I had room either way, for swelling or shrinking. I had a DIEP surgery (similar to a tummy tuck but with more vascular involvement) used to do breast reconstruction. I’d buy this one again.

Good value for a lightweight binder
Easy to use, good value & happy to find one that fits. It does stretch a bit when wearing & rides up slightly so you may need to pull down or re-tighten. I used briefly after a hysterectomy & it definitely helped but if you had back surgery or a hernia repair, I'd go for something with more contouring & adjustment straps. Overall good value for occasional use.

Not Recommended.
I should qualify my criticisms of this product by stating that it does not claim to be helpful in the case of OH, but having read a glowing recommendation from someone with a similar disorder I was hopeful. Especially as I only became aware that such things as abdominal binders exist because they are mentioned in some of the literature about OH as mitigating its worst effects. The leaflet that comes with the ‘corset’ is very badly translated so almost impossible to understand. At one point it tells you not to wrap it too tightly as it might cut off circulation of blood to your foot! . It also seems to suggest that neoprene products must not be used for more than 3 or 4 hours.I’ve no idea if it would be effective against OH & am not likely to find out, because it is uncomfortable & itchy; although lined with a softer material the edges seem to rub against the skin. And restricted to 3 - 4 hours it is unlikely to be helpful in alleviating OH symptoms.

Exactly as described
This item is perfect for my needs. It is exactly as described/pictured. I am an older woman with weak tummy muscles after 4 children plus a bit of middle aged spread and my sagging tummy podge was throwing off my posture and causing back pain as I work standing all day. This holds everything in place very comfortably and it looks good too. I am very happy and have just bought another one.

Good idea poorly emplimented
Good idea poorly emplimented. Could be designed better so it does not dig into hips when setting down, having a curve would help with that. A better hook loop system that does not crackle all the time when one moves. This is just a overpriced cheaply made hook loop(velcro) girdle.

Does the job
Half’s the amount of pain I’m in with umbilical hernia m. Keeps it pressed in. Very comfortable and doesn’t slide about & move. Comfortable to sit in & sleep. I’m very satisfied with the product.

Hard to do up
Very hard to pull across and do it up in a straight line with the Velcro fastening. You pull one part over to fasten and then when you pull the next bit over you can’t get the Velcro to lay flat it just puckers up. You need to pull it over as on whole piece which is just impossible. I would not recommend. Get a hook and eye one.
