I was looking for a product to keep me regular while traveling on vacation. Easy to use since they are gummies. Taste great and as long as you chew them thoroughly and drink water with them they work really well. Highly recommend.

For a guy in his mid 30’s, I eat 2 every morning and it helps with any stomach discomfort. Easy to use, I take them with my morning pills so I don’t forget because it’s noticeable when you do. Ingredients seem safe to eat. They help everything move smoothly so you don’t have to dread struggling in your bathroom so they function as they should. They actually taste pretty good and aren’t gritty so the texture was pretty good.

Good value for money with 7g fiber per serving but I'm not sure if it's showing positive effects on my health and body. Taste is good and gummies doesn't get hard like some other brands.

These gummies taste pretty good. The fiber does help move things along, but not “explosively”. I would say that if I take 3 at night, by the next afternoon things are gently moving.

Flavor is OK but they are really dance and chewy. I will order them again.

These gummies really work. More fiber than Metamucil and easier to take!
