I read a lot of reviews before choosing this product. I must say I had stomach pains on day two but then continued to take them but with a different approach. The instructions are there for a reason "2 a day preferably with a meal" I have had no stomach cramps since. They are great tablets reasonably easy to swallow and give a great source of Vitamin C and Zinc. I would recommend these to anyone who needs a boost of Vitamin C and Zinc. If you're expecting miracles by just taking these, then they are not for you.

I like that it's a combined vitamin C and zinc tablet, saves having a cocktail of tablets to swallow. I started taking these as went through a fews weeks of having colds one after another. So as well as a small change to my diet I took these supplements and although it hasn't stop me getting the odd mild cold completely, I have notice the effects are much milder and i recover within a day or two. Only con is they are hard to swallow without a drink or food, and a super citrusy if you start to crush them. I've attached a photo next to a standard paracetamol as a comparison.

I believe they help in overall well being.

I have tried many Vitamin C supplements over the years including ultra EXPENSIVE Liposomal varieties. Nutravita's Vitamin C with Zinc was easily absorbed by my stomach and i feel it is a great combination of 1200mg Vit C with a good amount of Zinc - for it to be a true 'one a day' solution. I took it recently on the onset of a cold - 2 capsules the first day and one the 2nd - and the cold was gone. High quality ingredients ad UK based company - not much more to say other than FIVE STARS!

With the recent virus situation it's more important than ever to get sufficient quantities of immune-boosting Vitamin C and Zinc and these capsules are an effective way to do that. The capsules are very slightly larger than average for supplements, but not a big deal. Taste is mostly neutral but I think that in my first bottle, one may have leaked its contents slightly, giving the rest a slightly bitter taste. The recommended dosage (1200/40) is based on taking two per day - I find it best to take one in the morning after breakfast and one after my last meal, in the evening. Of course, you are free to lower the dosage and take only one a day. You get a couple of month's supply (at the recommended dosage) in the bottle. Unlike all soluble high does vitamin C tablets that I have tried in the past, they don't have after effects manifesting themselves later in the bathroom, which is a welcome characteristic. All in all, a very practical and sensible way to safeguard your immune system. I would also recommend taking Quercetin to help absorption of the Vitamin C and of course, Vitamin D for extra virus protection.

Be prepared for large tablets that might be difficult to swallow. My previous tablets for the same vitamins were much smaller in size. Unlike tablets for pain relief, it is impossible to write how effective they are.

I am glad I purchased these tablets because they are easy to swallow and arrived quickly. Packaging is lovely too! Vitamin C is valuable for so many different reasons and Nutravita is great because has combined Zinc with it! I take vitamin C regularly to keep my immune system strong. I tried many brands but I would definitely recommend Nutravita!

Las pastillas un poco grandes pero parecen efectivas

Die Tanletten sind zwar sehr groß, lassen sich aber sehr gut mit Flüssigkeit schlucken. Sie sind geschmacksneutral und sehr gut verträglich.

Wir bestellen immer bei Nutrivita. Letztens hatte ich einen Fehlkauf mit nur 500mg Vitamin C und ich musste so das doppelte einnehmen. Nun hab ich wieder 1000mg. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Größe. Für mich geht es nicht die Tabletten zu schlucken aber für meine Kinder ist das nicht so einfach. Manchmal zerstampfen wir die Tabletten und mischen sie in Wasser ein was sie dann trinken.
