After a lifetime of growing up being forced to watch Ski Sunday in the 80's, I decided it was time for a little payback this Xmas. I bought this for one purpose and it served its purpose well: Changing the TV channel at my Dad's house on my annual visit. Top Gear? More like Nope Gear. The Antiques Roadshow? Try the Antiques NO Show. His house his rules - my remote, my choice. Speedy set up while Dad was out for his walk. Easy to hide the remote behind the sofa after changing the channel. No problems, no regrets, a tolerable Christmas visit and got my Christmas shopping from The Jewellery Channel while he was fiddling with the TV arial. Great value for money. Buttons worked great. Will get my money's worth out of it all over again come the World Cup.

Wasn't sure it would work because I have an 8 year old TV with a random brand, but it works perfectly. I'd forgotten what it's like not to have to bash the remote before each use or press the button as hard as possible. Also comes with a booklet showing all the TVs it can connect to, so it's super easy to set up.

Remote is amazing. Works on multiple TVs (works on LG and SAMSUNG TV). A little confusing at first but instructions are super clear and its easy to connect. Feels nice and smooth. The quality is great. Mine came through the package with the box open which was weird but thankfully there's nothing wrong with it. I would recommend!

Absolutely BRILLIANT - bought 3 different remotes (not this brand) that didn’t work and needed to be returned however this one worked. Easy to set up done and working in 2mins if that. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone

Bought this to replace remote for our old ( 10 years + too far back to remember!) bush tv when the remote got dropped, fell apart and the dog chewed the soft button part into little pieces before hubby noticed The bush codes supplied didn’t work but as I said it’s really quite an old tv, (or I wasn’t doing it right ) but using the other option for selection which tries all the codes I found one which worked. Was so easy I should have tried that first - you don’t have to keep entering individual codes just keep pressing the one button Yes you do have to just keep trying until one works but it’s quick and easy enough. You just push the setup button press the power button then press the channel change button until the tv turns off then press the setup button again- worked just as the instructions said. I left a second between presses as my tv can have a little lag before responding but within a couple of minutes was all set up and running perfectly. Think I was at about code 39 . Written Instructions were clear, easy to follow and explained briefly the process Bonus is it’s reprogrammable if we want to use it for something else and you can program specific buttons to your choice of function. next day delivery also a great bonus

Got this for my elderly neighbour as his existing one is very small and he can't see the numbers on it very well. I am pretty tech savvy and it's always me he comes to for help with his TV. I could not to get this to work no matter what I did. It's a JVC tv, fairly new and the instructions gave 13 codes for this brand. None worked, so followed the code search option in the instructions. Nope! I even got another neighbour to read through it with me in case I was missing something. We gave up and will be returning.

Works perfectly with my JVC television. Easy to use, feels comfortable in your hand and battery life appears good as I’ve not had to replace any batteries yet. Looks just like my original remote. Controls the television perfectly.

Very easy to set up and worked great.... for 2 weeks. It still works now, but only if I get out of bed and stand in front of the tv, which defeats the purpose of buying the thing to begin with
