Worked great but wrong size

The media could not be loaded. I received this hole saw today and I can't help but say I'm impressed for the price. It wasn't the cheapest of the three recommended saws. But I was looking for functional and not cheap. The price difference was perhaps $5. But this thing is built like a tank. The workmanship seems to be extremely good and the welding, fit and finish are excellent. The base plate looks to be approximately 1/8 in thick and uses a standard two post arbor. Some of the other hole saws mentioned using a non-standard arbor. The only nitpicky downside I can find is it when the arbor is fully engaged it wobbles a little bit. But it runs solid and true even at high speed.

This is a great priced hole saw. Thick steel body won’t warp. OK, if I was drilling holes for a living, I’d choose a carbide tipped version, but I’m not, and it did a nice job cutting on pine and plywood soffits. Very pleased.

I was cutting holes in my ceiling for recessed lights and this tool struggled to make the cuts (thru half inch thick plaster)

I got this hole saw to cut holes for shower fixture plumbing. It worked really well for my uses and wasn't expensive.
