Yes, all fflp tips, works with me.

Q: Can I use this tip and guard on the TC cordless pro sprayer ?

Yes you can. I would recommend staying at a .015 tip or smaller though. Please note that the tip is no longer green. Starting this year Graco changed the color to yellow to differentiate between the LP tips and the FFLP tips.

Q: Is there a difference in a "517" and an "RLPS 517" ?

Yes. The low pressure tip can operate at half the pressure of a normal 517. Very important inside houses where less overspray is idle.
