Great for my neck, back, shoulder blade and hip. The massage and the vibrating are both great functions.It came with an EU plug but they sent a UK one when I contacted them. Great customer service.Their bamboo pillow has been great too.

I bought this machine because it said the massage element that fits on your shoulders was 50 centimeters across. It is not. It is less than 40 centimeters. I am a large man with a 56-inch chest, proportionate shoulders, and a neck 18 to 19 inches round, so I looked through more specifications for these machines than I care to think about. Based on similar incorrect information, I bought a similar machine a few weeks before this for around £30. Although I gave it to my daughter as it fits her better, it was still better than this.This machine has a shiatsu massaging wheel similar to all these machines. To this, they have added two points, which I assume are to do something to your lower back or skull but which do nothing except stab you in uncomfortable places. In my case, I couldn't get it to fit any part of me. On the standard setting, the machine begins stabbing you every second minute. If you want to be stabbed in the neck, get a decent TENS machine.Astonishingly, you must move to a separate setting to get only a massage. Don't worry - this won't work if you're the wrong shape. I brought my wife and daughter to try it as they are around half my size. They hated it. They found it difficult to get into position, they did not like the stabbing, and I did not enjoy the fact that the control panel is located in such a way as to strain your arm if you want to alter settings while the machine is on you. The right shape for this machine is a small and thin woman or a small and thin gentleman. I don't know how thin they must be because there is very little information about the size of human it will fit. From my long experience using these machines, you would be better off with almost any of the much cheaper machines sold on Amazon. It is going back today after being here a single day. Incidentally, I look like the gentleman in the listing for this. It's nice to know there's a mini-me somewhere out there.
