My favorite DPN's
I am very happy with all the Addi needles I have so decided to try these. They are smooth so the yarn glides very very easily. It breaks the monotony to have different colors: furthermore, it helps to keep track of the starting point. Not all the sizes have five different colors but rather three different colors. It is advantageous that each set includes five needles so you can choose to use four or five depending on the size of your project. I love the fact that there are two different tip designs on each needle. I'm very much use to using turbo lace tips so I am very happy that I have dpn's with similar tips. For the yarns that tend to split easily, I can use the other tip which is tad more blunted. Yes, they are aluminum so they can bend but the steel ones have the similar risk of bending and the wooden dpn's run the risk of breaking. I paid $149.99 for set of 15 different sizes of dpn's which makes it a bargain.
