I was very pleased with these cushions. The customization process to order my exact needed size was perfect. I was extra careful in taking my measurements and I really liked that I could also add some comments about my order. The cushions fit perfectly. The fabric is very nice and the foam is very firm. This was a great solution for replacing couch cushions for a fraction of the price to replace an entire couch.

The seller was extremely responsive and notified us about specification issues with our custom cushion shape. The only downside is that communication could be slow because of time zone differences, but the customer service was otherwise stellar. The product itself fit perfectly, and is the right amount of firmness for our use case.

I like this bench pad but do not love. It is probably my fault but it looks thin. It is made very nicely and it was easy to order. You can order in different thicknesses and I wish I would have gotten it thicker. Nice craftsmanship and prompt delivery. Very reasonably priced. I’d buy again but order a thicker version.

I never write reviews but as soon as I laid this out I was so pleased with it I knew I had to give this 5 stars. The measurements are so exact! It was so easy and simple to order. I did have to wait a couple weeks but I don’t mind that with this being a custom piece. The fabric is great and the cushion height is perfect. Not too high but still very comfortable to sit on.I am so happy and impressed with this!I was never going to find something to fit my hearth exactly and I’m so glad I went with this option!

Terrible quality and terrible customer support. My item came two inches too short and they would not offer to replace it to correct the problem. I think the vendor is in China which does not make it easy to work with. Terrible service. They would not even offer to fix the problem. Going back and forth with emails that take two days to respond too. Amazon should not be working with them.

This was exactly what I wanted. The measurements were correct. The "chenille" material is soft. It arrived looking like a taped up brick of drugs (like seen on the TV show "To Catch a Smuggler.") It took a while to cut the shipping bag open, only to have another plastic bag that was all taped up to open. You need to be careful that you don't cut the cushion when cutting through all the tape and bags. Once that was done, the cushion was in yet another bag. It was vacuum packed. The cushion was flat and folded up . I didn't think the cushion would look good with that kind of shipping, but it popped open once all the packaging was removed. It expanded and flattened out in about an hour after unpacking it. There were some slight folds in the material, but I think those will go away with time. Overall, I'm very pleased with the cushion and I'd buy it again.
