Hi Linda -- I was just passing by this page because I needed to buy some more CellFood. As others have said, it's primarily an Oxygen supplement. However, I just wanted you to know of another product (which I have no affiliation with) that is worth your looking at -- especially read the reviews! Q: hi! how soon after ingesting the 'cell food' in purified water can you have tea or wine?

If you read the instructions or pamphlet that comes with it, start with 3 drops in 4 oz. of water daily for 1 week. Then add 1 drop more each week until you're up to 8 drops per week, and continue this max dose each day from there. It can be taken up to 3x per day for maximum performance. But beware - it will clean out your system! Be close to a bathroom for the first week!!!

Q: I want to use this to replace lost electrolytes and not drink stuff like Gatorade. Anyone use it for this?

We use Key Nutrients Electrolytes! There is just no comparison! My BF even puts a scoop of the lemonade in a couple beers when drinking and NEVER gets leg cramps anymore nor does he ever have that hangover feeling. I don't drink, but I love these. We have the lemonade, orange and peach/mango (my favorite)! I hope this helps your electrolytes problem. I'm also buying the cell food for other benefits. I've heard great things about it.
